ich bin florian lehmschlöter ich habe mal eine bewertung abgegeben die nicht in ordnung war ich hatte mal geschrieben das es betrug war was ich jetzt damit zurück ziehe weil ich habe alles dann bekommen und möchte mich bei dem unternehmen entschuldigen es tut mir leid das ich das damals geschrieben hatte es hat alles wunderbar funtioniert vielen dank

Worst processing company.

Wow, this company is something else, held my deposits for a week the first week I started with them, claimed the routing number on the application was incorrect, it was not, then my deposits were taking over 3 days to clear, had to move the closing of my batch to 5 pm even though we close at 8pm and never had any issues with First Data closing at 9pm. Now they are holding my deposits claiming is Bank of America that is refusing my deposits, called BOA and verified there are no holds on my ...

Worst customer support I have ever seen.

I'm a small shop owner and I have been with them for 2 years just recently their machine stops working and now I have been trying to reach them but no one wants to answer. I decided to go with another credit card processing company now and I still can't get anyone on the phone to cancel the account. The website is useless, you can't even contact them via email or phone. Stay away from this company or at least do a bit more research if you are a small business owner.

Paysafe Been Difficult

Blocked my account, made me open an account event though this was not necessary for the past few years of me using their service, looked for id which I provided but now want to know where I work and if I was ever on the council, I've been using this service a lot as it was user friendly but seriously considering going elsewhere. Customer service is poor and rude, sending duplicate messages back when I ask a question as if they have the upper hand and are to powerful to answer questions.
