Mastercard blocked for "security" purposes

I've had a MasterCard for them used several times, not to mention I've bought multiple vouchers, who in this day in age keeps the receipt, never assumed I'd ever need the vouchers after redeeming them into my account, Tried using my Mastercard at Amazon as I buy weekly, monthly shopping. We have been billed for months now and…

We have been billed for months now and receive no receipts or invoices. I have left many messages over the months and nobody calls back. This is one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I selected one star because it was necessary. They fall far below the one star rating.

I wouldn't if I were you.

I bought a paysafe card and when I tried to spend it I was told I had to open an account, I don't want to open an account, thats why I use paysafe, I'm trying to get a refund but you'd need to have a degree in coding.

An absolute NIGHTMARE

UPDATE: I received a call from customer service the day after I had posted the initial review and was told the $495 early cancellation fee would be refunded. As of today, Oct 18, I have not been refunded. To make matters worse, I also received a letter from a collection agency today stating that PaySafe had sent me in for that same $495 fee!
