Not recommended. Accepted payments for PIN codes, that cannot be added to wallet as limit has been reached. No warning when depositing. I have contacted customer service who are responding with Ai generated responses that ignore all mentions of the issue. Had I known I needed to give them load of personal detail I wouldn’t have bothered. Won’t even refund pins back to the account used to make payment without documents I do not possess. No customer care service,account blocked for no reasons

I purchased 100euro paysafe voucher from multibanco atm in portugal. I created paysafe account and put the voucher code in my account and 100 euro there in my account .afterthat that money i tried to add in my paysafe card and got error and then they locked my account and card for security reason that was totaly horible for me .i tried to contacted them but no body answer my calls my email etc. And blocked my acount for no reason¡

62 days have now passed since contacting Paysafe support for the first time, where I notified them that I could not withdraw my funds. This was a very polite email and including all relevant information that I could think of, including transaction IDs, email, phone number, screenshots etc. I got a case number in return and I thought that this was just a matter of resolving a simple issue on their side. Alerted my banker and they found it was Pay Safe Payment Solutions and gave me a number. Disconnected.
