What do you like best? Fairly intuitive for the employees to use. System is easy to navigate and easily customizable. What do you dislike? Some modules outside of payroll and benefits are not fully developed. Recruiter does not have esignature, which defeats the purpose of having an ATS, especially if you have something robust like Taleo. What do you like best? Navigation is great. You can skip around between any screen between employees. Whether you are looking at address or pay, being able to hop to any employee makes it efficient. What do you dislike? They advertise custom fields. We have some for target bonus or commission. What do you like best? I love having the ability to extract any type of payroll information from the system I need. And for any period.
