Easy to Use Product & Reliable Customer Service

What do you like best? My firm has been a customer for over a decade and we have seen the continued reinvestment in the product. The functionality is very user friendly and features are constantly added or improved. We have also great service from our account managers and the tax team in answering questions and resolving any issues that have arisen. What do you dislike? I have no major complaints. What do you like best? The Reps, Onboarding system & Reporting! Paylocity overall works perfectly and reporting is fantastically easy, once you get the hang of it and have it set up accurately for your biz. Best payroll product I've ever used!

What do you like best? Once you understand the basics, it is an intuitive product to use. Most screens are easy to read and there are multiple ways to accomplish the same tasks. The customer service is excellent with never a wait and they are the most pleasant and product knowledgeable people to deal with. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The onboarding and recruiting are great tools. There is a lot to Paylocity and it's nice that it's encapsulated in one software. What do you dislike? Some reporting capabilities that I would expect to have are not in place. There are a lot of steps to running payroll and some of the reports are not available till the very end, causing you to have to stop and rework the payroll. What do you like best? Paylocity is interactive, easy to learn and fun to use. Running payroll, managing employee file and looking up reports is all very quick and easy. What do you like best? The platform is extremely easy to use. If I ever have questions or need help creating new reports or made modifications, Paylocity's customer service is always extremely helpful. Paylocity Makes Payroll and HR Simple

What do you like best? Paylocity is intuitive, quick and the customer service is phenomenal. Every time I call I am fully assisted until the issue is resolved, whether it is a 5 minute or 75 minute phone call. The CSRs are very knowledgable and I've learned about payroll tax law from them as well and about the functionality of Paylocity. What do you like best? Most company's customer service reps usually have to escalate intricate questions to managers, and you get sent round and round before the expert answers your question. What do you like best? Working with the support team has been fantastic. We're always taken care of very quickly, and always feel valued. Great Company, Platform, and Customer Service

What do you like best? For the most part, Paylocity is very user-friendly and is easily navigable. It cut our payroll processing time from half a day to less than an hour. Customer Service has been great the entire time we have used them. Always quick to answer the call and get my questions and needs answered or fixed in record time. What do you dislike?
