What do you like best? I love Paylocity’s completely web-based model. Paylocity is pretty user friendly, with the exception of a couple of it’s modules, and has great training tools. I’d also say their sales team is top notch and really work with you to get the best value for your company. But the feature I love best is their Onboarding. Pretty good but some areas are very spotty

What do you like best? Navigation is great. You can skip around between any screen between employees. Whether you are looking at address or pay, being able to hop to any employee makes it efficient. What do you dislike? They advertise custom fields. We have some for target bonus or commission. What do you like best? Paylocity has helpful, attentive representatives who are able to assist with a variety of issues and requests. Paylocity All-in-one

What do you like best? The thing I like most about Paylocity is how all the features are connected. Since I am a recruiter, I am using the onboarding dashboard a lot, but it also communicates with WebTime and WebPay so its very easy to get someone into the system. What do you dislike? Simple and easy paycheck breakdown

What do you like best? There are pie charts and a simple interface so you can really get in there and see what benefits, taxes etc are taken out of your paychecks and bonuses. You can also download the pay-stub directly from the site for tax purposes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The support is phenomenal! The support team is knowledgeable and responsive. I've never had a support call that ended unresolved. What do you like best? Response times are FANTASTIC! They also listen to feedback from the users and implement changes based on it.
