What do you like best? The ease of use is excellent. I used this as an employee of a small company, and I never had any complaints. What do you like best? The pay portion of the system is very easy to use though. What do you dislike? The scheduling systems has its flaws. What do you like best? The thing i like the most about paylocity is the self service portal. It has everything you need in one place. It makes it easy to track your PTO accruals and paycheck stubs, as well as update your HR benefits. I am salaried so my time sheet administration is a breeze. What do you like best? Paylocity is the one stop shop for employee tracking, tax forms, and a communication hub. What do you dislike? There isn’t anything I dislike. The PTO however, doesn’t update right when you use it, so it refreshes after a pay period, which can be a con.
