Easy Implementation

What do you like best? Paylocity for me was a hybrid of ADP and Paychex Payroll and HRIS but better. I received all of the bells and whistles of ADP but it had the simplicity of Paychex. Most Robust Payroll System!

What do you like best? Reporting Capabilities and Customer Support. What do you dislike? Limited Mobile-App. The mobile app is more for employees and is not designed to let employers login from their Company Set portal. Not intuitive

What do you like best? What I liked was that I knew all important, pay-related documents are housed in one spot and they were secure. I didn't have to worry if sensitive material was going to be compromised. What do you dislike? It wasn't intuitive and difficult to navigate. Easy to use and fairly good value

What do you like best? Paylocity has a fairly decent customer service staff, so if you are ever having issues with the software or even have questions on when paychecks might come out in relation to a holiday, they are usually readily available. I also like that you can preview your check totals. What do you dislike? At times it can be difficult to navigate the pay entry screens. What do you like best? It is very easy to use. You can see every check without hassle. What do you dislike? I do not like using a company ID to sign in as it is easy to forget. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We do not have to use paper.

Paylocity Payroll Services and Performance

What do you like best? I started Payroll processing back in the late 90's. I have worked on many different payroll platforms, ADP, Ceridian, Paychex and other smaller systems. Hands down for the user who wants to control reporting, get details and ease of completing the payroll daily tasks, the Paylocity setup is my favorite from an overall standpoint. What do you dislike? Great Payroll Company

What do you like best? Paylocity has a single-platform with integrated time clock and payroll system which is very robust and easy to use. If I need assistance, I know I can call our support team and usually get an answer or the help I need within 1 call (which I know is an issue with other 'top' payroll companies. What do you dislike? Makes it easy!

What do you like best? I love the customer support. When I have an unusual situation, they are always there to walk me through how to do something. What do you dislike? I don't really dislike anything. What we use meets our needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the paperless onboarding of new employees, not having to worry about the tax payments and reporting.

It works

What do you like best? I am a user of paylocity as an employee and it is easy to use. Easy to punch in and out on desktop and mobile, and easy to keep track of time, requests, etc. I like it much better than previous systems. What do you dislike? The geo fence is not great.
