Could be better...

What do you like best? It shows the things that are needed to be shown. Some other features are not east to find and navigate through. What do you dislike? It is very hard to navigate through to find anything that you want to change. It is not very user friendly in my opinion What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It does make it easy to log in via the app and see my payments and what is going on.

Clean look and good dashboard

What do you like best? Easy to use and clean dashboard when you log in. Easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Almost too simple. Looks a little basic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Haven't had any major problems really. It's helped with tracking

You get the Hang of it really quick

What do you like best? It's really easy to use through your browser as well as the app. I like that you have the option to clock in as well as just enter your time in manually. What do you dislike? I don't really see a downside honestly. It's easy to use, all your Payroll and HR info is there if needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Decent Payroll & HRIS

What do you like best? Paylocity was very easy to get adjusted to. I have worked with other HRIS systems and I was able to jump right in start using it with very little training. What do you dislike? I didn't care too much for the Customer Service and Technical Support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paylocity is a good alternative to the higher end HRIS systems with out the big cost.

Easy to use HR software

Just a few tweaks

What do you like best? Most helpful is that you can adjust your timesheet throughout anytime of that time period. What do you dislike? The downside is that you have to make sure to save what you’ve out in after each day you adjust your timesheet for certain day. You cannot put several days in at a time and save them all at once. The best feature is that it eases the process of timekeeping and assigning hours worked to certain activities or cost codes, especially in a project that can have multi-faceted cost attribution. What do you like best? I enjoy that this platform allows you review all major document as well as be able to update documents directly and easily online. My company has also recently been able to add modules and different training to receive certificates. It is also has a good and functional interface which make navigating easy.
