What do you like best? I like the fact that it's easy to work with. What do you dislike? We have problems with our PTO, it doesn't keep an accurate count. It also duplicates at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made it easier for Expenses, Benefits, and on boarding.

Strong base platform that is consistently growing

What do you like best? The onboarding tool is pretty robust and flexible. What do you dislike? Recruitment tool has a ways to go, have to go out of the system often. What do you like best? Excellent customer service. Able to talk to someone over the phone extremely quickly and if someone doesn't know an answer, they will find out. What do you dislike? Even though they will do what they can to find the answer, the answer is not always the correct one. Sometimes I find myself needing something and the solution I am given ends up affecting something else in the program and makes things more difficult for me. Great HR tool for small to medium companies

What do you like best? Integration of payroll and time and attendance. Ease of use. What do you dislike? Some features are not robust. Performance reviews for example. Easy Peasy

What do you like best? Everything! Paylocity is 100 times easier to use than ADP. Very user friendly and easy to navigate through. What do you dislike? When I try to look up an employee, it always defaults to my info page and I have to back out 2 or 3 times to get to someone else. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like the dashboard when you log in. It allows you to get a good overview of everything upfront. What do you dislike? I don’t like that a mobile version isn’t standard.
