They make payroll very easy!

What do you like best? All of their employees are very knowledgeable. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is hard to correct and error which you can't find the answer to, and need to call them for help! Recommendations to others considering the product: Great Service for payroll. Paylocity has been pretty fantastic

What do you like best? Paylocity streamlines payroll and human resources process, and automates a lot of the processes as well. I specifically like how it integrates with our benefit companies, all of employee information can be found and kept in one local place, and making updates is a breeze - especially using mass updates. I also love that you can scan documents into an employee profile, and into different "folders" for easy access. Also, all of the on-boarding documents (tax forms, ...

Reliable and helpful

What do you like best? Everyone is always so helpful when I have questions and the system is so easy to use to get my payroll done on time. What do you dislike? The user interface being changed has been a slight adjustment to get used to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There are many benefits to them that are useful that I am unable to take advantage of at the time, like onboarding and performance reviews.

Intuitive modern product

What do you like best? Ease of use. Screen layouts. Help info section. Onboarding by far the most helpful feature with the intergrated I9 feature saves a lot of time and effort. The clock in out feature also is a plus for office staff. What do you dislike? Not having a single contact. PTO calculations have been a big problem. Hopefully may be done, but took 10 months. We started with just Payroll and now use the Benefits module as well. We love the customer service.

What do you like best? I feel like their customer service is top notch, but I also like the way their modules work together. It is very smooth and user friendly. We are considering more products. Very helpful staff

What do you like best? The screens are easy to understand. The staff is very knowledgeable and is quick to get back with any help that I need. The classes and portals are also helpful tools to pick up new methods of doing things. What do you dislike?
