User friendly and reliable
What do you like best? There is nothing this program cannot do when it comes to all of your payroll needs. If there is something beyond the general scope of capabilities, customer service and tech support has always been able to walk me through how to make it happen. What do you dislike? I can see where the new platform online was intended to put more information on one screen, but the old platform is much more useful for some of the HR tasks I use this for. What problems are you ...

HR use of Paylocity
What do you like best? From an HR perspective, I really like the recruitment and application module. It's easy to use and administer. The link is easy for the user, too. I also like the upgraded reporting portal. It's easier to find a report I need. What do you dislike? I do not like using the dashboards for HR purposes. It's clunky - however, it's super good for payroll. It's not an HRIS model. Again, great for timekeeping and payroll purposes. Recommendations to others ...

Paylocity
What do you like best? I love that I can get on the phone with a representative and they can walk me through anything and everything! What do you dislike? Sometimes the site is not easily navigable or understood. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have only processed two payrolls with this current position so I am not sure of any problems resolved or other benefits realized at this time.

Great service
What do you like best? The customer service is great. I can call anytime and get a human being that speaks my language, is friendly and can solve my problems. What do you dislike? The program is a bit too complex. I wish we could tailor it to our needs and cut out all of the parts we don't need. Navigating it is a bit cumbersome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One of the best things about Paylocity is that we have been able to ...

Intuitive modern product
What do you like best? Ease of use. Screen layouts. Help info section. Onboarding by far the most helpful feature with the intergrated I9 feature saves a lot of time and effort. The clock in out feature also is a plus for office staff. What do you dislike? Not having a single contact. PTO calculations have been a big problem. Hopefully may be done, but took 10 months. Still haven't received all the features that we were sold Recommendations to others considering the product: ...
