What do you like best? Paylocity's customer service model is great! All of their CS representatives are super attentive and always helpful. What do you dislike? The benefits part of Paylocity is not integrated. You go to a separate place to administer your benefits and the two systems talk. It took a moment to learn some things, but not long, and it's easy now. Recommendations to others considering the product: the support team they provide is very helpful. What do you like best? Reports balance and supply accurate information so i can report a variety of payroll related items. The software is easy to use and customer service is very helpful What do you dislike? I would like some enhancements to the performance review process - it is a bit clunky and could be streamlined to be more beneficial What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Whenever I have a question, I can send a quick email and expect not only a reply, but a helpful resource of where to go in Paylocity if I have more questions! I can save those emails for future reference, but I can also continue the conversation with my service team if my question isn't answered. What do you like best? I can call Paylocity anytime during normal business hours and talk to someone to help with any issue. What do you dislike? The separation of webtime and webpay.
