What do you like best? The formatting is intuitive. I am still adjusting to the most recent updates but will be fine once I get used to it. My assigned representative is always very helpful. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful.

What do you like best? When I call my call is answered quickly. I never stay on hold for more than a minute, if even that. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Very efficient support. What do you dislike? I don't really like the screens of the new upgrade but I found out last week that I can still access the old screens, which was helpful. Paylocity is a great experience

What do you like best? Paylocity's customer service model is great! All of their CS representatives are super attentive and always helpful. What do you dislike? The benefits part of Paylocity is not integrated. You go to a separate place to administer your benefits and the two systems talk. What do you like best? All of their employees are very knowledgeable. What do you dislike? I have used Paylocity for 3 years and have had a great experience

What do you like best? Reports balance and supply accurate information so i can report a variety of payroll related items. The software is easy to use and customer service is very helpful What do you dislike? I would like some enhancements to the performance review process - it is a bit clunky and could be streamlined to be more beneficial What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The system is user friendly. It has been easy to process payroll and our employees have been happy with the information they can access easily. What do you like best? Whenever I have a question, I can send a quick email and expect not only a reply, but a helpful resource of where to go in Paylocity if I have more questions! I can save those emails for future reference, but I can also continue the conversation with my service team if my question isn't answered. What do you like best? I can call Paylocity anytime during normal business hours and talk to someone to help with any issue. What do you dislike? The separation of webtime and webpay. You have to bring the timesheets from webtime over into webpay. If you make an update on a timesheet, it will not come over into webpay. What problems are you solving with the product?
