What do you like best? It is fairly easy to use and has very good features that are very helpful. Running payroll is a breeze. What do you dislike? Many customer service agents seem to lack basic knowledge on how the system works; I've found myself knowing more than many of them and that is frustrating. Paylocity Review

What do you like best? I love how Paylocity is an "all in one" software..you can use payroll, HR and benefits. What do you dislike? I dislike the "e-signature" tool. The signature should show up on the document. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes my day much easier. I am able to have a procedure in place when it comes to hiring and onboarding.

What do you like best? Our small company needed a service that covered the necessary items simply, so we could get things handled quickly and accurately. What do you dislike? It took a moment to learn some things, but not long, and it's easy now. Recommendations to others considering the product: the support team they provide is very helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get payroll done very quickly now.

What do you like best? Everyone is always so helpful when I have questions and the system is so easy to use to get my payroll done on time. What do you dislike? The user interface being changed has been a slight adjustment to get used to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Paylocity has an ease of use about it that is unlike any other HRIS or Payroll company I have used in the past. What do you dislike? The new employee record experience. It is great but not helpful when you need to enter or edit data for the employee. getting out and choosing the payroll file from the menu for it to not even pull up the employee you were trying to view; is just taking up precious time. What do you like best? I love that I have a dedicated Account Manager that makes me feel like I am her only Client. This makes ALL the difference in the world! What do you dislike?
