What do you like best? I love how Paylocity is an "all in one" software..you can use payroll, HR and benefits. What do you dislike? I dislike the "e-signature" tool. The signature should show up on the document. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes my day much easier. I am able to have a procedure in place when it comes to hiring and onboarding.

What do you like best? Paylocity has a lot of great features to help with payroll and human resources aspects. The system can help with recruiting, benefit enrollment, payroll, and human resource insights. The customer service is superb, too! What do you dislike? Payroll Specialist

What do you like best? Easy to navigate and process payroll. The support team is assigned to your account so you get people that are knowledgable helping you. The support is also very fast. You don't sit on the phone waiting for long periods of time. I am also able to access the system to give feedback to employees that want to know what their payroll check would look like if they made changes to withholding or deductions. What do you dislike? Simple, Easy, Complete

What do you like best? Our small company needed a service that covered the necessary items simply, so we could get things handled quickly and accurately. What do you dislike? It took a moment to learn some things, but not long, and it's easy now. Recommendations to others considering the product: the support team they provide is very helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get payroll done very quickly now.

Reliable and helpful

What do you like best? Everyone is always so helpful when I have questions and the system is so easy to use to get my payroll done on time. What do you dislike? The user interface being changed has been a slight adjustment to get used to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There are many benefits to them that are useful that I am unable to take advantage of at the time, like onboarding and performance reviews.

What do you like best? Paylocity offered us a cost effective tool to be able to take our onboarding to the next (paperless) level. The team that worked with us for implementation were incredibly organized and helpful and kept us on track for a smooth conversion. What do you like best? Paylocity has an ease of use about it that is unlike any other HRIS or Payroll company I have used in the past. What do you dislike? The new employee record experience. What do you like best? I love that I have a dedicated Account Manager that makes me feel like I am her only Client. This makes ALL the difference in the world! What do you dislike?
