What do you like best? I love how Paylocity is an "all in one" software..you can use payroll, HR and benefits. What do you dislike? I dislike the "e-signature" tool. The signature should show up on the document. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes my day much easier. I am able to have a procedure in place when it comes to hiring and onboarding.

Best customer service and the software is amazing. Makes our human resource area more efficient.

What do you like best? The technology is amazing. We use the system for expense tracking, performance management, time cards, PTO approval and so much more. What do you dislike? Payroll Specialist

What do you like best? Easy to navigate and process payroll. The support team is assigned to your account so you get people that are knowledgable helping you. The support is also very fast. You don't sit on the phone waiting for long periods of time. I am also able to access the system to give feedback to employees that want to know what their payroll check would look like if they made changes to withholding or deductions. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Paylocity has a lot of great features to help with payroll and human resources aspects. The system can help with recruiting, benefit enrollment, payroll, and human resource insights. The customer service is superb, too! What do you dislike? So many features it is hard to know all that is offered in the system. Consistent and accurate

What do you like best? System is reliable and straight forward. Easy to get reporting. What do you dislike? Some of the PTO flexibility isn't there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time cards. Payroll.

Change from ADP to Paylocity

What do you like best? Paylocity offered us a cost effective tool to be able to take our onboarding to the next (paperless) level. The team that worked with us for implementation were incredibly organized and helpful and kept us on track for a smooth conversion. What do you like best? Paylocity has an ease of use about it that is unlike any other HRIS or Payroll company I have used in the past. What do you dislike? The new employee record experience. It is great but not helpful when you need to enter or edit data for the employee. getting out and choosing the payroll file from the menu for it to not even pull up the employee you were trying to view; is just taking up precious time. User friendly and reliable

What do you like best? There is nothing this program cannot do when it comes to all of your payroll needs. If there is something beyond the general scope of capabilities, customer service and tech support has always been able to walk me through how to make it happen. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that I have a dedicated Account Manager that makes me feel like I am her only Client. This makes ALL the difference in the world! What do you dislike? What do you like best? The formatting is intuitive. I am still adjusting to the most recent updates but will be fine once I get used to it. My assigned representative is always very helpful.
