Fantastic Service

What do you like best? I love the ease of use when completing payroll and running reports. What do you dislike? I dislike the new window that pops up when you are in the employee listing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have become fully compliant with ACA, reduced time spent processing payroll dramatically, and now are able to offer employees a mobile option for viewing their check stubs.

Paylocity is great

Software & Support can't be beat.

What do you like best? The software is very user friendly. Client support is very knowledgeable and very helpful. What do you dislike? Enterprise WebBenefits is not as integrated with WebPay as I was originally told. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One stop HRIS. Paylocity has helped me streamline our payroll and HR into a nice little package.

What do you like best? I love the Performance piece. It made our performance reviews a lot easier this year. I also love the direct feed with out Employee Navigator. I has helped not having to enter things in two systems. I like the Community and the Data Insights I just need to get our employees to use it more. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We switched to Paylocity one year ago. The ease of switching between time and labor and the HR and Payroll is the best part of the transition. I can stay on top of the employees hours and requests for time off with one click. The support team at Paylocity have also been very helpful answering any questions quickly. Super Intuitive

What do you like best? I like their dashboard their best. It provides easy to read and understand KPI's, which are all drillable. What do you dislike? There really is nothing that I dislike. It is very intuitive and easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes it very easy for the department managers to approve timecards.

Great Customer Service

What do you like best? Paylocity provides great customer service. The website is functional. What do you dislike? There's a bit of a disconnect between Paylocity and third party 401K providers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Utilizing the Expense Report function was a cooperative effort.

Love it!

What do you like best? Everything in extremely easy to access and very user friendly. What do you dislike? There really hasn't been anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paylocity has made the payroll process much easier. Benefits that we love is being able to view our employees benefit balances.

What do you like best? The online platform is amazingly user friendly and the help provided by the customer support staff is the best I have ever dealt with. What do you dislike? The inability to remove no longer active cost centers/departments is annoying.
