Software & Support can't be beat.

What do you like best? The software is very user friendly. Client support is very knowledgeable and very helpful. What do you dislike? Paylocity has helped me streamline our payroll and HR into a nice little package.

What do you like best? I love the Performance piece. It made our performance reviews a lot easier this year. I also love the direct feed with out Employee Navigator. I has helped not having to enter things in two systems. I like the Community and the Data Insights I just need to get our employees to use it more. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We switched to Paylocity one year ago. The ease of switching between time and labor and the HR and Payroll is the best part of the transition. I can stay on top of the employees hours and requests for time off with one click. The support team at Paylocity have also been very helpful answering any questions quickly. Super Intuitive

What do you like best? I like their dashboard their best. It provides easy to read and understand KPI's, which are all drillable. What do you dislike? There really is nothing that I dislike. It is very intuitive and easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes it very easy for the department managers to approve timecards.

What do you like best? Very easy user interface both on administration side and employee side. Whenever I have issues, Paylocity customer service is readily available and very helpful for resolutions. What do you dislike? Some screens only allow you to see a maximum of 25 items per page when there might be 100 items. What do you like best? Everything in extremely easy to access and very user friendly. What do you dislike? There really hasn't been anything that I dislike. What do you like best? It is fairly easy to use and has very good features that are very helpful. Running payroll is a breeze. What do you dislike? Many customer service agents seem to lack basic knowledge on how the system works; I've found myself knowing more than many of them and that is frustrating.
