What do you like best? Paylocity is an efficient way to do payroll. Paylocity employees are always very courteous and help resolve any of my issues that I have had when issuing payroll. What do you dislike? I have not found any issues with using paylocity What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? New Modules Help Complete a virtual HR suite

What do you like best? The Paylocity Customer Service Reps are always there to help us with any questions we might have. We've added several new modules to our system, and for the most part implementation was smooth. With a staff of only 4 to perform all Business Office and HR functions, we had to implement more of the modules to save time on all of the benefits moduels. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is so nice to access every HR software need in one place. What do you dislike? I run into little bugs and software issues quite often. Recommendations to others considering the product: Makes tracking HR data so much easier! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are streamlining our recruiting efforts and tracking employee performance and data much better now.

The system needs to be more concise

What do you like best? I think the ACA dashboard is helpful and at standard for competitors and a lot of features of onboarding are wonderful. I'm getting used to the new views and think it is more concise to have all documents loaded in one area. What do you dislike? Never a problem with Paylocity

What do you like best? The payroll process is very smooth. I am able to complete payroll in a half day. What do you dislike? End of year - Third Party Sick Pay process is too quick and get an extra charge. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick and easy payroll processing.

What do you like best? All the employees are very helpful and willing to get the answer to the question you need. What do you dislike? There is nothing we dislike. no issues. What do you like best? Very easy user interface both on administration side and employee side. Whenever I have issues, Paylocity customer service is readily available and very helpful for resolutions. What do you dislike? Some screens only allow you to see a maximum of 25 items per page when there might be 100 items. It's often a struggle if we call in with a question we might need to talk to 4 different people until we get an answer and that can be frustrating especially when it ...

Paylocity is easy to use!

What do you like best? I like the new community feature, our employees have really taken to it. It will get more of our employees out to the Paylocity portal more often. What do you dislike? I dislike the reporting! It is very hard to run a report. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We hope to solve problems with communicating with supervisors. We are just scratching the surface of what Paylocity can streamline for our office.

Best Payroll Company We've Ever Dealt With

What do you like best? Every employee that we speak with can help us out. When we have a problem that we believe is a huge problem the paylocity employees give us the relief of solving it with ease. Time tracking and being able to transfer hours into payroll is so simple.
