I mostly do recruiting with our organization, I love Paylocity's Recruiting and Onboarding!

What do you like best? It is so nice to access every HR software need in one place. What do you dislike? I run into little bugs and software issues quite often. Recommendations to others considering the product: Makes tracking HR data so much easier! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are streamlining our recruiting efforts and tracking employee performance and data much better now.

What do you like best? The reporting feature is the best across several different payroll programs out there. The customization of them is awesome. The ability of the company to meet our complicated earned time off (ETO) needs. The step by step help that you get when entering a wage garnishment is so easy to follow. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to choose a favorite filter for more than just the reports, like a favorite sort for the pay entry would be so helpful. ...

What do you like best? The payroll process is very smooth. I am able to complete payroll in a half day. What do you dislike? End of year - Third Party Sick Pay process is too quick and get an extra charge. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick and easy payroll processing.

What do you like best? Paylocity is an efficient way to do payroll. Paylocity employees are always very courteous and help resolve any of my issues that I have had when issuing payroll. What do you dislike? I have not found any issues with using paylocity What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They have been very helpful with resolving tax deduction issues with terminated employees las check.

The system needs to be more concise

What do you like best? I think the ACA dashboard is helpful and at standard for competitors and a lot of features of onboarding are wonderful. I'm getting used to the new views and think it is more concise to have all documents loaded in one area. What do you dislike? Great Customer Service

What do you like best? Paylocity provides great customer service. The website is functional. What do you dislike? There's a bit of a disconnect between Paylocity and third party 401K providers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Utilizing the Expense Report function was a cooperative effort.

Paylocity is easy to use!

What do you like best? I like the new community feature, our employees have really taken to it. It will get more of our employees out to the Paylocity portal more often. What do you dislike? I dislike the reporting! It is very hard to run a report. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We hope to solve problems with communicating with supervisors. We are just scratching the surface of what Paylocity can streamline for our office.

Best Payroll Company We've Ever Dealt With

What do you like best? Every employee that we speak with can help us out. When we have a problem that we believe is a huge problem the paylocity employees give us the relief of solving it with ease. What do you dislike? We as a company have not come across anything yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They have made Payroll/HR an easy process. Time tracking and being able to transfer hours into payroll is so simple.

We have become fully compliant with ACA, reduced time spent processing payroll dramatically, and now are able to offer employees a mobile option for viewing their check stubs.
