What do you like best? I love how accessible the customer service team at Paylocity is. Anytime I have a question (which isn't too often since it's so easy to use!), I can get an answer within minutes! And if you bump up against a limitation of their current software (which is rare!), they will submit a request to have that feature added in the future! What do you dislike? Great customer service and easy to use

What do you like best? Getting response immediately. When you call you get to talk to a real person and you do not need to create a case. Who ever you talk to try to help you with their knowledge. What do you dislike? When you call for tax issue or other technical matter which requires to spick to those department or expert, you will not get a chance to speak to them. That makes it difficult to resolve your issue sooner also in passing the message to them sometimes create delayed. ...

Works Well for Us

What do you like best? Cloud based. Easy to use. Taxes and Compliance are pretty much taken care of. Mobile app. Can set-up interfaces/automated data transfers. T&A works well for us and has some flexibility, which is helpful for how we use the system. Reports can be downloaded into excel. Can write custom reports pretty easily. Support is pretty good too. What do you like best? Coming from a very manual HR/Payroll office to using Paylocity is great! They take care of so much of the compliance aspects. What do you dislike? Paylocity was already in place when I came here. I wished I had more training to fully utilize the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplified processes and reporting.

Absolutely knowledgeable Company

What do you like best? Customer service is the best in the industry What do you dislike? Haven't found an issue yet! Ease of operation is great!! Recommendations to others considering the product: Very user friendly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Spend less time on the phone trying to solve problems. The system is user friendly and when I do need to call - which is rare - someone always answers right away and has answers.

Great Customer Service and Customization with Tiny Issues

What do you like best? I love the level of customer service I receive, both the speed and the dedication to taking care of company issues. (We have great Reps at Paylocity, Angel and Anna!) I also love that I have the ability to build most of what I need and can be a real system power user. What do you like best? I have found that all of the support people are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Most of my payroll issues are resolved with one phone call. What do you dislike? Very satisfied with whole platform.

What do you like best? The reporting feature is the best across several different payroll programs out there. The customization of them is awesome. The ability of the company to meet our complicated earned time off (ETO) needs. The step by step help that you get when entering a wage garnishment is so easy to follow. What do you dislike?
