I currently use paylocity at work to maintain new staff information.

What do you like best? I like the easy set up of inputting the employees information. What do you dislike? Sometimes it’s hard to view and download some previous pay stubs. Great Customer Service and Customization with Tiny Issues

What do you like best? I love the level of customer service I receive, both the speed and the dedication to taking care of company issues. (We have great Reps at Paylocity, Angel and Anna!) I also love that I have the ability to build most of what I need and can be a real system power user. Cant compare to other payroll HR outlets

What do you like best? We used to use another payroll platform before starting with Paylocity. In the previous platform it was a constant headache to generate reports. these reports would give me too much information that was not needed. Great customer service and easy to use

What do you like best? Getting response immediately. When you call you get to talk to a real person and you do not need to create a case. Who ever you talk to try to help you with their knowledge. What do you dislike? When you call for tax issue or other technical matter which requires to spick to those department or expert, you will not get a chance to speak to them. That makes it difficult to resolve your issue sooner also in passing the message to them sometimes create delayed. ...

What do you like best? Shared database with Payroll and HR. Easy to use and reports are excellent. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is difficult to get where you want to be in reporting. Absolutely knowledgeable Company

What do you like best? Customer service is the best in the industry What do you dislike? Haven't found an issue yet! Ease of operation is great!! Recommendations to others considering the product: Very user friendly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Spend less time on the phone trying to solve problems. The system is user friendly and when I do need to call - which is rare - someone always answers right away and has answers.

Paylocity

What do you like best? Coming from a very manual HR/Payroll office to using Paylocity is great! They take care of so much of the compliance aspects. What do you dislike? Paylocity was already in place when I came here. I wished I had more training to fully utilize the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simplified processes and reporting.

Fantastic payroll company

What do you like best? Very easy to use, reporting is fast and easy, appreciate that Paylocity handles any questions or concerns quickly. What do you dislike? Nothing huge, would like a local contact/person that could help with setting up automatic payments to 401K provider What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Paylocity is user friendly with a smooth transition. What do you dislike? The only downside is orientation should be done in smaller chunks.
