It's easy to use and all online.

What do you like best? Speed of the turn around for payroll processing What do you dislike? You can't get a person on the telephone to ask questions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems

Easy to navigate

What do you like best? The customer service is exceptional. We have gone through many changes in policies with our company and Paylocity is always quick to help and implement. The employee portal ability to have newsletters and love the impressions for team. What do you dislike? Have not had any issues with Paylocity. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Have a paperless payroll and employee portal.

Great onboarding and support

What do you like best? Our onboarding specialist was incredible. We have had a couple questions since we've implemented Paylocity and the response times have been excellent. We've worked with another major payroll provider, including a spin off from one company code to another, and it was an absolute mess. I feel refreshed to work with Paylocity. What do you like best? This is a system designed with the user in mind. The entire lifespan of the employee was considered by Paylocity when designing this product and we are very happy with it! What do you like best? The thing I appreciate most about Paylocity is their availability and helpfulness when I call in. What do you like best? Paylocity is intuitive. I do not know if their developers complete any usability studies as they change pages and interfaces, but I have always found the tasks I've wanted to complete easily tracked through as I look at the process. We went from a system that did not have many capabilities to one that is much richer.

What do you like best? Reporting features are awesome and there is a report for everything! The system is easy to use, and payroll is much simpler than what we have had in the past.
