What do you like best? This year I attended my second Paylocity conference. I highly recommend it to anyone using Paylocity. Especially helpful are the Connection Zone and Ask the Expert. What do you like best? There are so many wonderful features that we did not have before. Makes HR processes so much easier!

What do you like best? The recruiting module has simplified our job posting procedures and faster! What do you dislike? The Onboarding module can be difficult to use sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruiting is so much faster! It used to take months for us to fill an open position. Now, it takes about a month or less from posting to interviewing.

What do you like best? User friendly and functional at the same time What do you dislike? The report writer can be a bit cumbersome What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to quite easily pull the information we need from Paylocity, pay people correctly, and track benefits more thoroughly.

What do you like best? The help I receive when I have a question or need assistance in setting up tax info or about reports, anything I need my rep or any of the service people they are there to help. What do you dislike? Ad Hoc report creation is very hard. no downsides What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Setting up a new state.

What do you like best? Have all of the information I need for employees in one application. I can download all of their files and reduce paper files in my office. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's difficult to figure out how to change information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quicker to find employee information without having to go through paper files.
