Easy to Learn

What do you like best? Maneuvering around the site is pretty easy and understandable. I like the vacation/PTO requests/approval are automatically added into the paycheck processing. What do you dislike? The report section is difficult for me to use and I always have to contact a rep. for assistance. What do you like best? Paylocity has a friendly user website, customer service is knowledgeable and when we call them they resolve our issues or respond to our questions. What do you dislike? Sometimes their website is down, and we have to wait for the system and complete anything has pending to process online. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? After doing payroll for 150 employees, and from the advise of a friend in the HR business, I reached out to Paylocity for a consult. Not knowing what I was stepping into, I regret not doing it sooner. They have taken the burden 100%. They do all things payroll from timekeeping, to ACA, to state and federal reports. What do you like best? This year I attended my second Paylocity conference. I highly recommend it to anyone using Paylocity. Especially helpful are the Connection Zone and Ask the Expert. I was able to get several things I was working on completed by speaking to a person face to face, Everyone was extremely helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of use for all things related to payroll and employee information coupled with great customer service. Also, the fact that it is cloud-based, so I can access information and run my payroll remotely. What do you dislike?
