What do you like best? The layout of the website was nice...... What do you dislike? Logging hours could be confusing.......... What benefits have you realized? i've realized it's really easy to keep track of my PTO and sick time when requesting time off.

Intuitive

What do you like best? Paylocity is very easy to learn and use. What do you dislike? You can not download forms to an employee file What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The onboarding is great to get new hire information in to the system and have them sign off on new hire paperwork.

Convenient & easy to use

What do you like best? The employee experience is mostly intuitive, I like the capabilities with timekeeping, payroll, talent management, ACA tools, benefit elections, and even policy/handbook acknowledgments. What do you dislike? Report builder can be difficult to use - I wish there was a way to preview your report before running. Sometimes systems don't talk to each other well. Does the job but a little clunky

What do you like best? The reporting is pretty straightforward, and I like that the employee interface is very accessible. It had the ability to integrate with several outside systems. It had open enrollment, ATS, and other abilities. Abysmal Customer Service

What do you like best? Electronic on-boarding is easy to use and new employees have a good on-boarding experience. What do you dislike? Everything else. The system is inflexible, customer service is horrible, and they do a bait-and-switch with every module. You think you are getting a more robust Paylocity module, but once you sign the contract, it is finally revealed that the module is actually a partner company with a separate login, separate system, and separate support team. Efficient, no frills payment system

What do you like best? The ease of use, for sure. Simply clock your hours and save. What do you dislike? The lack of any sort of confirmation once hours have been clocked What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can accurately clock my hours, keep track of PTO and even see updates on performance reviews! The Impression feature is a great way to acknowledge hard work and is a total morale booster.

Easy to Learn

What do you like best? Maneuvering around the site is pretty easy and understandable. I like the vacation/PTO requests/approval are automatically added into the paycheck processing. What do you dislike? The report section is difficult for me to use and I always have to contact a rep. for assistance.
