Paylocity Web Pay Reviews in July 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

I have used Paylocity twice. First round was great. Second, not so much.

What do you like best? I used Paylocity in the past and I loved everything about it. I love my account manager. What do you dislike? My go-round with Paylocity with this company has been full of complications and open problems. My implementation was less than stellar and some issues have carried over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My prior payroll had very unreliable reports. Paylocity has much better reporting.

What do you like best? The system is user friendly. It has been easy to process payroll and our employees have been happy with the information they can access easily. I also love the recruiting module. It's so easy to use and when we hire a candidate, it flows right into the onboarding program, which is also wonderful tool. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This company has great customer service. They have been on top of all the changes due to COVID-19. Any questions or not sure what you need to do, just give them a call and they walk you through it. Best payroll service I have worked with. Installation and training was easy. What do you like best? I love being able to speak to a friendly and knowledgeable customer support specialist any time I have a question! What do you dislike? Creating reports to pull specific data from the Paylocity system can be tricky, and I don't always feel comfortable doing that myself. A great system that has made our lives much easier

What do you like best? The customer service is fast, has the answers we are looking for, and there are many specialists that can help with very specific needs. What do you dislike? Steep learning curve initially with some materials. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Too many to list. The custom report writer has saved us countless hours and is super valuable. We are no longer using so much paper.

PAYLOCITY EASY AND USER FRIENDLY

What do you like best? Access to the mobile application and use if very user friendly. What do you dislike? Honestly, I haven't had any issues everything seems to work as needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love the fingerprint authentication for the app. Also, just the easy of the app in itself.
