Exceptional Product!

What do you like best? I LOVE the data insights section! Everything I would need from an HR perspective. What do you dislike? The system doesn't send notices to the employees related to when skills are due; It will only send the report to the supervisor. My previous system did that and it was a huge asset to us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits far outweigh the problems.

What do you like best? Easy to navigate. Reports are quick and easy What do you dislike? I don't like some of the updates that were just done. It has taken some time to find things. A great system that has made our lives much easier

What do you like best? The customer service is fast, has the answers we are looking for, and there are many specialists that can help with very specific needs. What do you dislike? Steep learning curve initially with some materials. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Too many to list. The custom report writer has saved us countless hours and is super valuable. We are no longer using so much paper.

Setup was a disaster.

What do you like best? The benefits section is the best part of the entire product. What do you dislike? Set-up was horrible! There was no communication between integration teams. We lost one person at the beginning and someone else had to step in mid-way and had no idea what was going on. They eventually stopped helping altogether and we were left to fend for ourselves. What do you like best? This is our first fully HRIS system and really like all the options for tracking and connecting with the employee through the system. What do you dislike? I don't like the division of Payroll/Benefits/FSA into different groups with different customer service folks for each. What do you like best? I love being able to speak to a friendly and knowledgeable customer support specialist any time I have a question! What do you dislike? Creating reports to pull specific data from the Paylocity system can be tricky, and I don't always feel comfortable doing that myself.
