I like that I m able to chat with account reps via Instant message when I do not have the time to call in additionally there reporting platform is easy to navigate and quite handy. Cumbersome but effective

What do you like best? Big business tools available for small businesses What do you dislike? It can be cumbersome to maneuver around and figure out where things are. Check overrides can be confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As many payrolls as I need to run each month for no additional charge. The G/L posting benefit by project that I was hoping for did not happen.

Paylocity is a great partner, listening, developing and working for better HR tools.

What do you like best? Unified platform to allow looking at the whole HR picture. What do you dislike? The UI is still a bit lagging in terms of modern/contemporary feel. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seeing the whole picture of what my organizing is doing, feeling and interacting. We have also been able to streamline our international payroll process, streamlining a very complex process.

Exceptional Product!

What do you like best? I LOVE the data insights section! Everything I would need from an HR perspective. What do you dislike? The system doesn't send notices to the employees related to when skills are due; It will only send the report to the supervisor. My previous system did that and it was a huge asset to us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits far outweigh the problems.

Excellent product, great sales support but product support is very inconsistent.

What do you like best? Sales support. Excellent sales support, alway willing to assist. What do you dislike? Service support has lots of issues, Emails not responded to, issues not communicated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better reporting, employees have access to their account.
