What do you like best? I really like having a dedicated account manager. If you call or email and they aren't available someone else on the team helps you but they are all very knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. What do you dislike? The only thing that's hard for me is that sometimes it's hard to find the help articles in the training section. What do you like best? The ability to initiate and process onboarding electronically is a complete timesaver for me! What do you dislike? Paylocity is as close as a phone call and ready to support.

What do you like best? The support team is the most helpful. They are there by phone or in person if needed. What do you dislike? I have not experienced any dislikes at this time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to meet the people behind the product before making a decision. What problems are you solving with the product? Very professional and caring company!

What do you like best? It's a difficult choice to choose what I love best about Paylocity. I love the massive variety of payroll reports that are available to me. Paylocity even created a special custom report that was available to their clients in use for applying for the SBA Payroll Protection Program! I also love the customer service. What do you like best? Paylocity is an all-in-one system for HR What do you dislike? No downsides of using Paylocity......... Great easy to use product!

What do you like best? Paylocity is super user friendly and was a great way to get our business set up with time punches. Each property has it own time clock and each use has their own login. Very easy to set up and add new users. What do you dislike?
