Cumbersome but effective

What do you like best? Big business tools available for small businesses What do you dislike? It can be cumbersome to maneuver around and figure out where things are. Check overrides can be confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As many payrolls as I need to run each month for no additional charge. The G/L posting benefit by project that I was hoping for did not happen.

Fairly easy to use but still has some kinks that could be improved.

What do you like best? Phone App and community tool for communication, employees can easily navigate to their information. What do you dislike? Not always easy to find what is needed as an administrator or on what screen certain information should be entered. Keeping me happy

What do you like best? The customer service. Anytime I call for help I get a live person on the phone who almost 100% of the time is able to solver whatever problem I'm having. What do you dislike? Sometimes the software is limited. I wish my employees could access pay adjustments from the app. I wish my employees had the ability to edit pay adjustments. What do you like best? No paper, everything is electronic. Very Easy What do you dislike? Training was very short, alot that can be done with this product that I'm not sure how to do. What do you like best? The customer service it top notch. I had to run payoll when our treasurer left and the first few times I needed a walk through.
