What do you like best? There are so many things....But - We have been with Paylocity since 2017 and I have had the same Customer Service contact person since day 1! What do you like best? I really like having a dedicated account manager. If you call or email and they aren't available someone else on the team helps you but they are all very knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. What do you dislike? The only thing that's hard for me is that sometimes it's hard to find the help articles in the training section. Paylocity is as close as a phone call and ready to support.

What do you like best? The support team is the most helpful. They are there by phone or in person if needed. What do you dislike? I have not experienced any dislikes at this time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to meet the people behind the product before making a decision. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The software is user friendly and easy to navigate.

Ease and Efficiency

What do you like best? The best thing about Paylocity is that it streamlines everything I need to do into one portal. What do you dislike? I haven't come across anything I dislike. What do you like best? Help that we have received has been great. Even when they may not know the answer, they find it and get back to me quickly. What do you dislike? Some of the partner integration was difficult but for the most part, worked out well. Keeping me happy

What do you like best? The customer service. Anytime I call for help I get a live person on the phone who almost 100% of the time is able to solver whatever problem I'm having. What do you dislike? Sometimes the software is limited. I wish my employees could access pay adjustments from the app. I wish my employees had the ability to edit pay adjustments. Technology Focused Payroll Company

What do you like best? Their self-service training for payroll users and employees. The amount of possible reports is very useful. The dashboards, time system, and onboarding processes are well oiled machines. What do you dislike? The cost is higher than any other company I have seen in the system. What do you like best? I trulylike that I have a dedicated account team who are very responsive to all my emails and needs. What do you dislike?
