What do you like best? No paper, everything is electronic. Very Easy What do you dislike? Training was very short, alot that can be done with this product that I'm not sure how to do. What do you like best? I appreciate the ability to get voice support in real time. In addition, the interface is high functioning and aesthically desireable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's very user-friendly. The implementation was out of this world, they imported our data for us, there were no spreadsheets to populate or painful data loads.
