What do you like best? I like how it can be customized and that Paylocity actually looks at user recommendations. What do you dislike? glitchy, even when using the recommended browser What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Love the administrator training docs and when i see my recommendation come through in an update. we cannot wait to use onboarding and web ben.

What do you like best? Paylocity is so user friendly. All of their services are on one platform. I have been able to integrate benefits admin and scheduling into my HRIS and the process was so smooth. I am the only HR Admin in my company and the ease of use Paylocity provides makes my job so much easier. My questions are answered promptly. Great Product

What do you like best? The reporting program is great to pull information. What do you dislike? I have a problem occasionally with the transfer delay between the Benefit app and the HR/Payroll app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are working on getting our recruitment app up and running. Our shift differential was a problem but has since been resolved.

Glad we made the switch

What do you like best? We were using a smaller payroll / timekeeping system. I knew we were unhappy with it, but I didn't know where to start. We met with Representatives from 3 web based Payroll/TImekeeping/HRIS providers and Aaron Aalsgard our rep with Paylocity was the best. Software is very dependable and intuitive.

What do you like best? Ease of use - tabs and selections easy to understand What do you dislike? I am satisfied with the software - no real dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll processing and basic HR management functions.

Best fit for our company.

What do you like best? Paylocity makes our payroll much easier to manage and eliminates a lot of the manual tracking we used to do. What do you dislike? The implementation to using the kiosk took longer than expected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can process our hourly payroll much more efficiently.

What do you like best? Customer Service is easily reachable and very knowledgeable. Paylocity continues to improve and stay on top of current topics. What do you dislike? The process is much simpler and quicker.

Great for Small Business

Overall, we find Paylocity to be very focused on customer service and easy to use.
