User Friendly and Client Focused

What do you like best? Paylocity listens to the client's needs and builds its platform around them. They are a pleasure to work with and make you feel like you are part of their team! What do you like best? Paylocity's customer service is excellent! They are always on top of current regulations, especially important in this new COVID 19 arena. What do you dislike? Paylocity's Reporting is a little basic. I wish we could write more insightful reports. Most are written and then transferred to Excel to work with further. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems? I think they do a great job of payroll and taxes.

Ease of use

What do you like best? The HR portion keeps everything organized What do you dislike? The reporting feature is too complicated Recommendations to others considering the product: This system is very organized and helps streamline a lot of processes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The flow of onboarding is much easier. I am able to make notes ahead of time for next weeks payroll to help cut down on any errors.

Wonderful Product

What do you like best? Paylocity is very user friendly, which for our staff is a very big deal. They had things ready for the PPP loans way ahead of any other products and made it very easy for us. Evolving payroll provider with good customer service.

What do you like best? System is straight forward once introduced to it; payroll process check and balance. Ability to upload earnings/deductions easily. Reporting capabilities What do you dislike? It would be great to have an automatic payroll backup on the Paylocity side where if something happened on the client side, basic payroll can be still processed. Paylocity made my life easier.

What do you like best? We use WebTime for hourly paid machinists. It allows supervisors to track attendance daily and weekly payroll is quickly completed. It is much better than an old fashioned time clock. The PPP report easily allowed us to calculate the amount we could apply for our PPP loan in the wake of the COVID 19 pandemic. What do you dislike? Great Customer Service Hands on Approach

What do you like best? The integration team and current customer service have been amazing with work with. They're knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. All questions have gone answered and resolved in appropriate time. It's a great to have a program accessible nationwide so that our remote employees can access any and all of their information. What do you like best? I like how it can be customized and that Paylocity actually looks at user recommendations. I don't like how vacation and other PTO doesn't clear on the date our company has arranged. For example, an employee in our company is supposed to get their new vacation balance on their anniversary date.
