What do you like best? Paylocity's customer service is excellent! They are always on top of current regulations, especially important in this new COVID 19 arena. What do you dislike? Paylocity's Reporting is a little basic. I wish we could write more insightful reports. Most are written and then transferred to Excel to work with further. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems? I think they do a great job of payroll and taxes.
