What do you like best? I have been using the system since January 2019. I have found that the system is a little confusing to use in the beginning but once I figured out the different ways in the various areas have gotten easier. The customer support is great. What do you like best? The product is quite human-like. It is the payroll process easier and it's good to find out that your employees have access that is easy to info. I also like the recruitment module a lot. It's really convenient to use, and after hiring a candidate, you begin the recruitment process immediately. What do you dislike? Nothing ever works

What do you like best? There is no feature of this platform that is even remotely decent. What do you dislike? It is next to impossible to do anything functional. You cannot make any corrections to taxes or your timesheet and have the information save. I have been paid wrong every single check since our company onboarded this software. So easy to use

What do you like best? How easy notifications help the approval process. What do you dislike? Maybe they can consolidate information into one area rather than in multiple areas. What do you like best? I like that this platform is user friendly not only for the employee but also for management. What do you dislike? What I dislike the most is that we are assigned an acccount manager yet it takes forever to get a hold of them. Also, when I place a call to Paylocity's Customer Service there are times when I get the wrong information, when I call a second time I just happen to get someone who knows what they are talking about and gives the correct information. ...
