What do you like best? Ease of the system, it's clean and user-friendly, and pretty to look at! Implementation was a breeze. The reporting features are awesome! What do you dislike? The employee notes feature in the time card could be improved so that employees can go back and add a note for a missed punch after the fact instead of having to leave a comment on top of the page or adding the note on a later punch. . Very Responsive

What do you like best? Paylocity is in touch with what is going on in world and how it impacts your business and employees. They were quick to provide reports that simplified applying for PPP loan, report the new sick pay required and the community provides a resource where employees can communicate. What do you dislike? Report Writer can be a little more user friendly Recommendations to others considering the product: The Knowledge Center is a great tool to go to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having our staff electing benefits online. Benefits realized is having a customized recruiting platform.

Paylocity is easy to use

What do you like best? It's intuitive. Customer service is quick to respond. What do you dislike? I wish it were easier to create my own reports. I'm not crazy about the format of the reports - font, extra columns, Excel doesn't sort it well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Community turned out to be a great tool to communicate with people during the pandemic.

Great Customer Service

What do you like best? Everyone who works for Paylocity is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also love the user-friendly dashboard and reporting system. What do you dislike? I haven't had a single bad experience with Paylocity or their staff and program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently Paylocity has assisted us with the new reporting of the PPP load forgiveness.

Satisfactory customer service and easy to use!

What do you like best? The system itself is very easy to use and all of the report options are very helpful. What do you dislike? I always get great customer service if I call in, when I have to e-mail the customer service e-mail, It takes a long time for a response. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We went from punch time clocks and manual payroll entry to an all in one system which simplifies payroll greatly.

A Great Payroll Company

What do you like best? There are two main things that I love about Paylocity. Number one, of course, is great customer service. I have never had to wait for our assigned rep to get back to me. Anyone that answers the phone is ready, willing, and usually able to help me get my question answered right away. Number two is how Paylocity has grown with us. What do you like best? Customer service has been very responsive so far. What do you dislike? We just started using Paylocity and are still trying to finish the implementation. We signed contracts with a specific start date and then two weeks before we were supposed to run our first payroll with them we were told that they couldn't possible get the implementation done in time and suggested we talk to our current provider and see if they would continue working with us because the ...
