What do you like best? Paylocity is in touch with what is going on in world and how it impacts your business and employees. They were quick to provide reports that simplified applying for PPP loan, report the new sick pay required and the community provides a resource where employees can communicate. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's intuitive. Customer service is quick to respond. What do you dislike? I wish it were easier to create my own reports. I'm not crazy about the format of the reports - font, extra columns, Excel doesn't sort it well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Community turned out to be a great tool to communicate with people during the pandemic.

What do you like best? Everyone who works for Paylocity is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also love the user-friendly dashboard and reporting system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Paylocity is fully integrated from recruiting and on-boarding through termination. Everything that is entered into the system talks to the other components of the system reducing redundant data entry. What do you dislike?
