What do you like best? I love the fact that we can customize the system to fit our needs and add modules as we continue to evolve our HR strategy. Being in a small manufacturing company it has been a life saver with Time and Labor, Recruiting, and the virtual Onboarding modules. What do you like best? I find the PEAK knowledge base is very helpful and useful for both administrators and employees. I also like that we have a dedicated account manager who is very knowledgable in the system and can help us navigate and troubleshoot whenever needed. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We're a holding company, so being able to easily move between six different companies, or running combined reports, has been extremely helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use, respectfull and courteous customer service when questions arise, wide variety of uses and tracking mechanisms, great reports - especially for CARES Act. What do you like best? Paylocity is user friendly. The best part is the customer service. I can call or email and always get someone who is happy to help! What do you dislike? The initial setup could have been a tad smoother but all in all it was a good experience. The folks that do the set up are very busy and they are dedicated to helping you in the beginning.
