What do you like best? Single platform, ability to merge time with payroll, multi-level security for various dept supervisors. Phenomenal customer services. What do you like best? The mobile app is fantastic for remote employees. Time card functionality is easy to navigate. What do you dislike? While I have not had to interact with the Customer Service team, my coworkers have and shared their displeasure with the level of service they received.
