Robust System but has a lot of bugs

What do you like best? There are lots of features to use and you can keep track of everything employee-related in the system. You shouldn't need side spreadsheets to manage your data. I particularly like the Performance module. What do you dislike? Our team gets errors on a regular basis. What do you like best? The Paylocity employees have also proven to be of great support for any queries I may well have. If I have trouble they were available to talk me through any things. What do you like best? Single platform, ability to merge time with payroll, multi-level security for various dept supervisors. Phenomenal customer services. Web page pretty easy to navigate; customer service needs improving.

What do you like best? The mobile app is fantastic for remote employees. Time card functionality is easy to navigate. What do you dislike? While I have not had to interact with the Customer Service team, my coworkers have and shared their displeasure with the level of service they received.
