User friendly, Accurate, and Excellent Support

What do you like best? The system is user friendly, and the customer support is excellent What do you dislike? I have been using they system roughly for nearly three years, and so far, I don't have anything that's negative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paylocity helps run my payroll with a piece of mind. Paylocity provides a stable system which lets me focus on my core duty of processing payroll.

Problem Solver

What do you like best? Everytime I contact Paylocity, I am greeting with a courteous and professional representative who is eager to solve my problem. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything about Paylocity What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My issues range from assistance with the PPP to hourly rate changes for close to 200 employees to voiding a payroll check.

What do you like best? It's innovative and always evolving for the better. The customer service of Paylocity is off the charts amazing and the Paylocity team is smart, dedicated, and works very hard to resolve your issues and/or come up with solutions to any problem. What do you like best? I like the new layout (even though it needs some work). I like being able to upload documents, onboarding, benefits, etc. Community is fun to use and helping with employee engagement especially while working remotely. What do you like best? Paylocity is a technology company that offers a payroll solution. The team is very knowledgeable in the product and well versed in payroll. What do you like best? The integration with our 401 Plan. Giving each other "achievements" - though the newness of that wore off so no one uses it now. What do you dislike? Literally everything else.... The demo I saw is different than what was rolled out and I felt I was overpromised on what the product could do. What do you like best? User friendly - exceptional training and support! All the various parts of the system work together - for example the time and attendance piece transfers directly to payroll without issues, the HRIS portion works with payroll, etc. You only have to enter the information once. What do you like best? I love having all of the tools in one program. Its so nice to work through payroll, time and labor and recruiting all in one, What do you dislike? Sometimes it feels like you have to contact the helpline more often than I feel like I should What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
