What do you like best? I love all the features available, such as surveys, learning management, 401k integration, on demand pay, etc. What do you dislike? The thing that I dislike the most would probably be the reporting tool. ADP had a much easier to use tool. I feel like the reports are pretty limited. Robust System but has a lot of bugs

What do you like best? There are lots of features to use and you can keep track of everything employee-related in the system. You shouldn't need side spreadsheets to manage your data. I particularly like the Performance module. What do you dislike? Our team gets errors on a regular basis. Paylocity has met our needs perfectly

What do you like best? We have been able to customize Paylocity to fit what we need. We were able to quickly implement Paylocity as our new payroll system. Our implementation only took 3 weeks to go live and we have been rolling out features as we continue to use it. Our employees really like using the mobile app and are able to get announcements on their phones. What do you like best? I like the ease of using their system. The customer service team is super friendly. They have multiple ways to contact them including chat, email, and phone. They also go above and beyond to keep you informed about new legislation. During the initial COVID shutdowns, they put together informative webinars explaining the COVID relief act. What do you like best? It's innovative and always evolving for the better. The customer service of Paylocity is off the charts amazing and the Paylocity team is smart, dedicated, and works very hard to resolve your issues and/or come up with solutions to any problem.
