Paylocity is great to use and very easy to customize! It's very easy for employees to use.

What do you like best? The ease of navigation within the system. What do you dislike? There isn't really anything that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would highly recommend Paylocity. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? 1. Paylocity is relatively easy to use. I've used several different HRIS systems and this one is on the easier end of the scale to learn and use without too much helps. 2. User Friendly

What do you like best? It has multiple platforms and easy to use. We've had many different Account Managers because they are that good and get promoted or move on. However, all the account managers we've had have been AMAZING. They are very helpful and responsive. Easy to Use, Effective System

What do you like best? I have used a number of payroll systems over the years, and Paylocity is by far my favorite system to use. It is intuitive and easy to work with.
