What do you like best? I love the Onboarding feature in Paylocity. I hire for positions across the organization, from warehouse to upper management, and all of my new hires can navigate the easy to use module. What do you dislike? When there is an update sometimes you will need to go in and restore your settings / preferences. Paylocity is a game changer

What do you like best? Processing payroll used to take us 1.5-2 days to process because we had a very manual process. it now takes us less than 1/2 a day. the amount of manual work we have taken off the teams plate has reduced significantly. What do you like best? I really like their client support staff. They are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have never had an issue that their team could not resolve. What do you dislike? What do you like best? As a Human Resources employee, I found that Paylocity has simplified my role through multiple different modules. I find that the search tool through HR & Payroll is easy to use when I need to quickly lookup an employee's profile/salary/and direct reports.
