What do you like best? hat I like best about Paylocity is the Data Insights. This tools really lets us take a look at the diversity of our company as a whole. What do you dislike? There aren't many downsides to Paylocity. I can't really think of any right now. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? 1. Paylocity is relatively easy to use. I've used several different HRIS systems and this one is on the easier end of the scale to learn and use without too much helps. 2.
