What do you like best? Processing payroll used to take us 1.5-2 days to process because we had a very manual process. it now takes us less than 1/2 a day. the amount of manual work we have taken off the teams plate has reduced significantly. What do you like best? I love how Paylocity keeps compliance a top priority. They are on top of changes in regulation and laws (especially during COVID) and are proactive in providing guidance and solutions to keep us in compliance. What do you dislike? What do you like best? As a Human Resources employee, I found that Paylocity has simplified my role through multiple different modules. I find that the search tool through HR & Payroll is easy to use when I need to quickly lookup an employee's profile/salary/and direct reports. What do you like best? I love the Onboarding feature in Paylocity. I hire for positions across the organization, from warehouse to upper management, and all of my new hires can navigate the easy to use module. What do you dislike? When there is an update sometimes you will need to go in and restore your settings / preferences. What do you like best? hat I like best about Paylocity is the Data Insights. This tools really lets us take a look at the diversity of our company as a whole. What do you dislike? There aren't many downsides to Paylocity. I can't really think of any right now. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the problem of a remote environment. Paylocity makes it easy to complete annual reviews, onboarding, offboarding, etc.

Overall Winner

What do you like best? Paylocity has a great all-around platform for all things HR. Their mobile app has recently made information so much more accessible to all employees and I love that we can see who uses what! What do you dislike? We haven't fully found the right set up to schedule, track attendance, PTO, disciplines, and absenteeism, but their tools are on-par with many others in the industry.
