What do you like best? Heading toward year end in first year on Paylocity payroll. Highly configurable reporting will help us through open enrollment, year-end, and forecasting. Pay runs and additional batches are easily processed. I was looking for a payroll and HR system that made sense and was easy to use, Paylocity exceeds!
What do you like best? Paylocity's ease of use and toggling between Payroll and HR is so easy, that's what sold me on it! The Time and Attendance works very well also. I am a current user of the HR, Payroll, FSA, Time and Attendance modules and soon to purchase the Applicant Tracking and Onboarding modules. What do you dislike? Really there isn't much. What do you like best? What I really like about Paylocity is easy it is to do business with them. The products make sense and their customer service is great. What do you dislike? I have a very positive experience with Paylocity. It's one of the best HCM systems I've used.
What do you like best? I like that they listen to the customers and design solutions to help us. The products are always improving and staying on top of trends so the systems and process doesn't get obsolete. What do you dislike? Sometimes new systems or process gets updated and I don't have the time to stay up to date on enhancement notices. What do you like best? Paylocity offers you the needed support during your transition to their project suite. They are there to listen and help. Even if the road is bumpy or takes a wrong turn, they stop and listen and guide you back on track. Customer Support Teams are the very best. They really are a phone call away. Best System, Best Service
What do you like best? What is most helpful with Paylocity is that the different modules talk to each other fairly well. For example, all of the demographic/employment info put in Onboarding transfers over to Web Pay and then launches the new hire enrollment in Web Benefits. This greatly reduces the amount of data entry into different parts of the system. I also find that the PEAK articles with the knowledge base are also very helpful. I am a huge fan of Paylocity! It is hands down the best HCM/Payroll platform I have ever used.
What do you like best? The biggest benefit with Paylocity is their philosophy on co-creation. They truly are a partner in the all things HR and payroll. Paylocity is interested in our feedback and they listen and make the improvements. You can't ask for anything more! What do you dislike? I honestly cannot think of anything that needs to improve. What do you like best? I really like their client support staff. They are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have never had an issue that their team could not resolve. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the layout of Paylocity's user platform and the quick customer service.
