We were with a large, national provider that was far too expensive for us post-covid. What do you like best? One platform. I love that Paylocity has one platform for all my needs. I recruit, handle payroll, time cards and all HR issues from this one platform. Greatly improves with age!

What do you like best? I really like Paylocity’s community module- it provides our company with an intranet to post announcements and celebrations and automatically posts anniversaries of employees. It has really helped us communicate in ways we were not able to before. What do you dislike? The reporting capabilities. We need so much more and can’t get it. Paylocity is a wonderful solution to the multiple needs of a company!

What do you like best? I love that it has multiple module options, which helps consolidate many of our needs to one platform. If the modules can't do what you need, Paylocity will hear you and do what they can to make it happen. What do you dislike? The implementation process could be smoother and you have to remember to be very clear with your needs.
