What do you like best? Self service platform, 24/7.. but the best part is interacting with actual live people. Each time I've had the opportunity to contact Paylocity (during their business hours), I've always enjoyed the personal - human - touch. Paylocity is very user friendly and has many helpful resources.

What do you like best? I like the presentation showing easy navigation buttons and multiple options of ways to view profiles. What do you dislike? It is hard to understand the correction process at times when we have an error to be fixed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The communication of timecards on due dates are solved with using paylocity's Time & Labor system. The audit before submitting payroll is very helpful as well.

What do you like best? One platform. I love that Paylocity has one platform for all my needs. I recruit, handle payroll, time cards and all HR issues from this one platform. What do you like best? I initially started my quest for a new HR/Payroll processor because I needed to save money. We were with a large, national provider that was far too expensive for us post-covid.
