What do you like best? Customer service support. They make you feel listened to and offer good feedback. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The responsiveness and availability of the support we have received has been wonderful. They are very quick to respond and have been extremely helpful when issues have presented themselves. The automated reports that they provide and generate are very detailed, but also easy to understand. Transitioning to Paylocity

What do you like best? It was very easy and there was a unique, educated team member to help with each area of transition. I love the access we have to all kinds of reports. It cut my payroll processing (transitioned from in-house payroll) time in half and each week gets easier and easier as all the details are worked out. What do you dislike? What do you like best? One of the most helpful aspects of Paylocity is their customer service. I love having a dedicated account rep that knows my company and understands our needs. I don't have to take time explaining my issues each time I call in for assistance because he is already aware of our structure and any unique aspects of our business. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Whenever I have a question, the support team is always knowledgeable. They respond quickly and professionally. What do you dislike? Sometimes the report titles aren't as intuitive as I would like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paylocity is a great platform to manage almost all aspects of HR/Payroll. It is also very user friendly for the team.

What do you like best? The ease of implementation for the payroll and Time & Labor modules. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the different modules and it is user friendly for our employees. What do you dislike? I've had some issues that are troublesome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to administer Payroll and HR more effectively. In many cases Paylocity has enabled us to be more efficient.

Greatly improves with age!

What do you like best? I really like Paylocity’s community module- it provides our company with an intranet to post announcements and celebrations and automatically posts anniversaries of employees. It has really helped us communicate in ways we were not able to before. What do you dislike? The reporting capabilities. We need so much more and can’t get it.
