What do you like best? I can run a preview payroll register report in excel. What do you dislike? I cannot generate a W2 preview report in excel. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paylocity is helping me to integrate the benefit data from the benefit vendor.

Paylocity is a wonderful solution to the multiple needs of a company!

What do you like best? I love that it has multiple module options, which helps consolidate many of our needs to one platform. If the modules can't do what you need, Paylocity will hear you and do what they can to make it happen. What do you dislike? The implementation process could be smoother and you have to remember to be very clear with your needs. What do you like best? Easy, pretty much intuitive to learn. Rapid turnaround on payroll. Help desk is responsive. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love all the features available, such as surveys, learning management, 401k integration, on demand pay, etc. What do you dislike? The thing that I dislike the most would probably be the reporting tool. ADP had a much easier to use tool. I feel like the reports are pretty limited. What do you like best? It is an easy system to use. Very intuitive, and there is a lot of support with quick answers and available people to help if necessary. The mobile app is really easy to use and most of our team enjoys their access right at their fingertips. We really like the increased options and enhancements that Paylocity has implemented over the past few years, which has helped us from an administrative standpoint to be more efficient. What do you like best? I love that Paylocity is always improving and making changes and doesn't charge you when they update their system. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's difficult to get an expert to help. However, we have always gotten our answers, even if it has taken longer than we wanted. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paperless now for HR. Easier to track with recruiting.

Hourly Punches Made Easier

What do you like best? I like that the user can go in and edit their own punches rather than having to wait for a supervisor or manager to correct it. Once edited the supervisor or manager can then go and approve it. It is pretty intuitive and user friendly and the flow of the user interface makes sense. Great all in one HR system

What do you like best? Does everything we need it to do (time keeping, time off, holidays, payroll, employee recognition, reporting, onboarding, file retention, etc. etc.) and it does it with visually compelling graphics and dashboards.
