Paylocity Web Pay Reviews in June 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

One of the worse customer services…

One of the worse customer services experience in payroll industry. Refuses to respond to tax notices and will delay so long, you have to handle on your own. This is a tactic for most of their services, 1095c, do not have them process. We spend over 24 hours hand keying information, when rep told us it was a simple upload. I have over 30 years processing payroll and this is some of the worst customer service.

Great program for keeping track of hours and time off

What do you like best? I like that in the employee calendar you can view when other people have time off. What do you dislike? I personally have not had any issues with this program. User-friendly and powerful HR technology

What do you like best? 1. Paylocity is much more user-friendly and mobile-friendly that our prior systems. Security features within the time and labor module allow employees to clock using very specific geofences or from any location as their manager deems necessary. 2. Paylocity is user friendly

What do you like best? user friendly; good customer service.... What do you dislike? Employee search doesn't allow for changes. More than Payroll, a Full HR Solution

What do you like best? Paylocity easily checks the boxes for running payroll. It has the flexibility and attention to details for unique circumstances to address even the most complex of payroll needs. What attracted us to the service was the extensions. They appeared to be working toward greater integrations for other services such as FSA management, and even building out their own technology for items such as a learning management system. What do you like best? Paylocity has all your Payroll and HR needs all in one which is great! What do you dislike? There is really nothing I can say that I dislike about Paylocity! Best system to date

What do you like best? Paylocity if very fast at working woth your team to fix any problems you might have with employee fils, onboarding, taxes you name it and they know what they are doing. If there is a problem you can always get someone on the phone or email. They are very good at answering your emails and on the phone they are very clear and will go step by step with you to fix anything you need. What do you dislike?
