"HRIS and a Payroll system together"
What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity not only makes the tasks of Payroll easier to complete, but it also has a robust HRIS system. I love that the HRIS system embraces mobile platforms for our employees to look up paychecks, change phone numbers or see current company events. Community is Awesome! I have a way to go for most employees to view Community. Paylocity gives me tips for getting more employee engagement on Community. I certainly appreciate the help!

What do you like best about Paylocity? Easy to navigate, lots of great features to use for employee engagement, the mobile app is excellent, love the employee navigator option, the most user-friendly ATS i have ever used in my eight years of recruiting.

"From a Rocky ... to Running Start with Paylocity"
What do you like best about Paylocity? I enjoy having the ability to chat, call, and email to get my questions answered. Having different methods to reach the support I need is a great feature. Sometimes it is a quick answer that can be helped in a chat while someone is standing before me. Other situations are more appropriately handled with a telephone call, and I have the option to pick my method based on my needs at the moment.
