"HRIS and a Payroll system together"
What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity not only makes the tasks of Payroll easier to complete, but it also has a robust HRIS system. I love that the HRIS system embraces mobile platforms for our employees to look up paychecks, change phone numbers or see current company events. Community is Awesome! I have a way to go for most employees to view Community. Paylocity gives me tips for getting more employee engagement on Community. I certainly appreciate the help!

What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity has many features that can assist many departments in an organization. I love that Paylocity has a seemless transition between Onboarding to the New Employee Orientation. Once an employee is pushed over from Onboarding to Hr & Payroll, it can automatically assign trainings to the new hire. This reduces lots of manual labor and any room for errors. What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity is a user-friendly platform with modules for all the important HR functions. I like that it is flexible enough that we only pay for the features we want, and it's easy to upgrade as we grow. We started out with some more basic features, but as I had a better chance to assess what we would use, we've added several more modules. The process really couldn't have been easier!
