What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity is hands down the best payroll company. I can't believe how excellent their service is; they take your feedback and make it a better service. The training for me is the best part especially when you can do the interactive activity. They provide your own demo so you can play around with the software instead of accidentally messing up your own company set. What do you like best about Paylocity? Simple and easy to use. It connects all of our departments to the same HRIS, which allows for better communication and collaboration. All of the modules seamless when communicating with each other.

Having been a user on almost all other platforms for payroll processing, I find that Paylocity is on the cutting edge of user friendly applications, their customer service representatives are fully knowledgeable and their internal operations (banking, taxes, HR) are extremely helpful and responsive.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity has allowed me to gather and consolidate multiple processes and workflows into one integrated space making it easy to manage and analyze. On top of that it has allowed me to create and foster a culture of community and inclusion across the organization through the Community functionality! As a bonus Paylocity has already reduced our paper usage and is eliminating a number of emails through its capable functionalities.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Easily accessible employee information for PR and HR. Even has a mobile app that employees can see and update their personal data taking some work off us. Compared to my prior payroll vendor, the reporting capabilities are great! There are lots of standard reports with pre-built formats as well as customizable reports. I can also save the criteria I use for the reports and make them a favorite. There are still features that we want to utilize better ...
