"Surprisingly user friendly"
What do you like best about Paylocity? I was shown very little on how to process payroll but once I jumped in to the system, it was so user friendly, I was able to process on my first day of work.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity has been great! Very user-friendly and so smooth. We use it for onboarding employees, recruiting employees, conducting employee reviews, and processing payroll. This has been one of the best payroll systems I have used. It really is great with onboarding and keeping things organized and safe.

What do you like best about Paylocity? Paylocity has many features that can assist many departments in an organization. I love that Paylocity has a seemless transition between Onboarding to the New Employee Orientation. Once an employee is pushed over from Onboarding to Hr & Payroll, it can automatically assign trainings to the new hire. This reduces lots of manual labor and any room for errors. I like that it is flexible enough that we only pay for the features we want, and it's easy to upgrade as we grow.
