What do you like best? I've had a lot of really good experiences with Paylocity and I've been using it at my current job for the past year. I do a lot of work in other locations (court, DHS offices, etc. so this allows me to easily and quickly clock out when I'm not on-site. What do you dislike? Easy and Efficient

What do you like best? It's very easy to log in from anywhere to clock in and out. The website is mobile friendly and submitting time off requests is very simple. What do you dislike? The menus aren't very well organized. It's hard to locate your pay stubs unless you view them on a regular basis. They're tucked behind a few menu items. Paylocity - Best Payroll Ever

What do you like best? I LOVE that paylocity is cloud based software. Its a semi new software base ( id say 3-5 years gaining popularity and cloud based software is SO easy to learn and use with no experience. This means that I can hire HR managers that have experience in HR but little or no experience or familiarity with paylocity and they easily learn how to use it and it hasn't ever been issue so far. Paylocity is a good option if you're trying to save money

What do you like best? Paylocity has pretty good UI so it makes it easy to understand how I'm paid. What do you dislike? The integrations with other things we use can be a little lacking. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll, expense reports, and time off requests are all handled by Paylocity internally or through our integrated partners. It's been good.

What do you like best? The people are nice and work really hard to help manage clients through a very flawed system. What do you dislike? Implementation has been an absolute nightmare! We started October 2015 and still have daily issues. The Web Time, PTO accruals, and HRIS connectivity is not fluid. What do you like best? It is easy for admin use and very matter of fact. What do you dislike? It isn't as easy for the employees. They almost always have trouble creating their account and if they do create an account and are inactive for a period of time their accounts become inactive. What do you like best? I like the fact that the Paylocity website gives you quick access to all your employee information, from your past paychecks to a breakdown of your employer-provided benefits. What do you like best? 2.5 months of paying for a system that is still not ready to use. What do you dislike? The implementation phase of this payroll system has been a terrible experience.
