What do you like best? I like the clock in feature that Paylocity offers. Not only can I log-in using the designated computer at my work, but if I'm unable to access it then I can do it on any other computer. I'm also a fan of the mobile app and the ability to clock in from there. What do you dislike? Logging in to Paylocity can be a pain a lot of times. Worst decision ever!

What do you like best? The only thing that I like about this system is the auto generating reports that my managers can receive via email. Even with this feature though, I am limited on the number of people that can actually receive the reports. Currently the space provided in the system for email addresses is only long enough to accept two addresses. What do you dislike? Everything else. Not a great choice for our company

What do you like best? We do like the self service features., but not enough to outweigh the other problems we have experienced. What do you dislike? The product when implemented was not as described. There is no way to really demo something without YOUR live data. USER FRIENDLY!

What do you like best? The canned reports are awesome and creating a customized report is easy! I like who we can include documents to an employee's profile. What do you dislike? The system is fairly straight forward (in my opinion but employees who do not maneuver around Paylocity regularly can get lost, meaning...it takes them a while to figure out where to go for certain things. Superior to ADP and Paychex

What do you like best? Paylocity is focused on providing the best payroll product with the best cutting-edge technology. We switched from ADP to Paychex and from Paychex to Paylocity.
