The Pro's and Con's of using multiple products

What do you like best? I love that I can have Time and Attendance, Pay, Benefits, Onboarding and Recruiting all in one place. There are big-time efficiencies that come with using these products in concert. My employees have one sign on instead of 3-4 that they'd need otherwise. In the case of Web Benefits, our insurance enrollment interface went from paper forms to fully electronic with automatic linking to payroll deductions. Win-Win for me and our employees! What do you like best? Its very user friendly. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Revisions are easily done and everything. What do you dislike? So far nothing. Thorough, flexible, and detailed

What do you like best? The Paylocity platform has so much versatility and convenience. I love the self service aspect and how simple it has been with our onboarding for new hires. The ATS reporting is very helpful with seeing who our main hiring sources are, which is beneficially when decided which hiring platform is most profitable. Nothing but problems and regrets

What do you like best? I honestly can't think of anything about this system or the service that I like. What do you dislike? Everything. The implementation was terrible - they sent dozens of spreadsheets for us to complete and the specialist just tells you she needs them over and over. No help at all. What do you like best? Tough to say - every single member of our team has experienced some sort of frustration during the implementation and now first year of use of the Paylocity system. What do you dislike? For me as a Staff Recruiter, it is a very cumbersome system. I primarily use it to research employee pay. What do you like best? Its very easy to use with great user interface. What do you dislike? The reporting function isn't the best and isn't that easy to use. And it has a fee to create custom reports. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to run payroll in house and save money by not using a PEO.

What do you like best? I really, really like being able to request days off without using Google Calendar and inviting my supervisor. That was a hassle, not a big deal but it's so much easier to just request it in Paylocity!
