What do you like best? I like that I can punch in and out with the Paylocity app, since I work off site almost every day. What do you like best? The product is extremely easy to use and customer service is phenomenal. It serves its purpose very well, but the layout isn't very user friendly

What do you like best? Its appearance is clean and the processes are simple once you know how to do them and where to go. What do you dislike? The layout is too complicated. You have to go to different areas to see specific details on the same things. For example, you can submit a PTO request in one screen where you can also see your history of PTO. Over promised, under delivered

What do you like best? My current representative, ACA Dashboard, payroll reminders, and Skills, Education and Training capturing What do you dislike? Time/Attendance doesn't talk to payroll except on each pay date. Employees never know how much time off they have without running their own spreadsheet or me having to run a report. The layout is hard to follow

What do you like best? I like that it provided an over of the business on one page. What do you dislike? I do not like that the number of hours for each day are not calculated at the end of the row. The grand total of hours is only calculated on the bottom. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a payroll system that keeps track of work time and it is easy to review for managers.

Paylocity Review - Great experience

What do you like best? I love the user friendliness of the screens. I also love the HR insights page...gives a ton of information we need as HR representatives right there...as opposed to having to run several reports. What do you dislike? Switching to Paylocity

What do you like best? I love how user friendly it is. The report running and creating is very friendly and intuitive. Paylocity makes keeping track of training and expirations a lot easier and keeps you on top of things. Paylocity simplifies payroll and HR. Having a dedicated client rep is also a huge plus for me.
